Here are the details of the app’s features.
Importing image

First, import the image you want to turn into pixel art.
Ptpt can import images up to 4096x4096px and you can create pixel art up to 999x999px.
Resizing image

You can reduce and crop the loaded image to the specified size.
To crop, move the image position after changing the scale.
Color Adjustments

You can adjust image brightness and contrast, adjust hue, saturation, and value, and set smoothness.
Smoothness is a blur function, and is effective in removing roughness and small dust in the original image.
Setting palette

Preset (black and white, 16 colors)
Palettes of common colors.
Color picker tool
You can select colors using the HSV color slider.
Eye dropper tool
Load the image and use the color at the tapped position as a palette. You can use a photo of the material you want to use as a palette.
Import
Import the exported palette. When loading other images, the palette includes up to 64 colors from the bottom left of the image.
Setting Halftones

You can set halftones for areas with gradations in the image.
If you choose a pattern of two colors and a halftone that looks like a gradation, areas with similar colors will be converted to halftones.
Conversion Result

You can save the converted image and palette as png. You can also retouch the image from here.
Retouching image

You can draw with palette colors on the image.
There is a pen tool, a flood fill tool, an undo tool, a revert tool and an eyedropper tool.
Making Handicraft

You can make handicrafts based on your pixel art.
You can see the number of cells with the same color as the selected cell, and you can jump to the next selection range with the left and right buttons.
Select pivot
You can set one of the four corners to origin, so you can use it according to the work direction of the handicraft.
Select guide color
You can choose from three checker patterns: dark, light, and none.
Select wraparound
When set to wrap, when the cursor reaches the left or right edge, it moves to the opposite edge of the next line.
